Returns & Exchanges :

 

Returns & exchanges are available for the tops only.

For obvious reason of hygiene, we cannot accept and return or exchange on the underwear section ( panties, boxers, thongs or any other intimate ). So make sure to double check each sizing guide on the product description and order the right size !

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any clothing items ( such as tops ) you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. 

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. 
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us: 
Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. 
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. 
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty. 
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. 
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. 
In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract.

Dispatch times:

We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can, and we dispatch over 99% of orders as described below: 
Orders received Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day. 
Orders placed on Friday's will be dispatched on Monday mornings. 
If we feel we're unable to meet this commitment, we will email you to let you know when you can expect your order to be dispatched. Please note: We do not dispatch on weekends and bank holidays.

Expected delivery times:

Orders from within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail (first class). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packet). You should receive your order within 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days you may wish to contact us. Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date.
